Will my dog lose their character?
Absolutely not. We’re not here to suppress your dog or turn them into a robot.
We want them to keep everything that makes them them - their personality, quirks and spark - while helping them learn to listen, regulate their emotions and settle when needed.
Often, as dogs become calmer and more confident, even more of their true personality comes through.
The goal isn’t to change your dog. It’s to help them thrive as themselves.
I’ve been to another trainer and got nowhere - can you still help?
Absolutely. You’re not alone. Many of the dogs we work with have already been through previous training with little improvement - and sometimes things have actually got worse.
We start fresh, with no assumptions and no judgement. We look at the dog in front of us, understand what’s driving the behaviour, and build a plan from there.
Previous training hasn’t worked? That doesn’t mean your dog can’t make progress.
is day training just daycare?
No. Day Training is a structured development programme, not a place to simply pass the day. Dogs work through social understanding, emotional regulation, real-world exposure, handling skills, manners and physical development in a carefully managed routine.
is it right for puppies as well as adult dogs?
Yes. Puppies can build the habits, social understanding and confidence that support them as they grow. Adult dogs can also benefit from purposeful, consistent work; it is never simply too late to start.
could it help if my dog cannot go to ordinary daycare?
Possibly. Many dogs need more thought, structure and individual attention than an ordinary care setting can offer when they begin. We will be honest about whether Day Training, Reactivity Reset or another route is the safest starting point.
how often should my dog attend?
The right routine depends on your dog, their goals and the consistency they need. Regular attendance helps dogs build familiarity with the group, the team and the structure of the day.
why is there a space retention fee?
Every Day Training place is held exclusively for the dog it is designed to support. We keep groups small, turn other dogs away to protect a place and maintain consistent staffing. A £35 fee applies to a missed booked day, but is waived when your dog is unwell.
